🏄🏾♂️ E-FOIL
With 19 days left on the crowd funding campaign, the X-Foil 2 has exceeded its target goal by ~2,000%. An indication of strong interest in the e-foil market segment.
The XFoil 2 is an innovative gyro-stabilized hydrofoil designed to improve stability and control on water. This hydrofoil uses advanced gyroscopic technology, specifically the Omega system, which includes motorized ailerons and an elevator on its wings. These components are controlled by a 6-axis electronic gyroscope that detects and compensates for changes in roll, pitch, and yaw, resulting in a smoother and more stable ride even in challenging conditions like waves and wind gusts
The XFoil 2 retains the modular design of its predecessor, allowing it to function as a stand-up paddleboard, a powered surfboard, or a powered hydrofoiling board. It is equipped with a 6,000-watt motor and a handheld Bluetooth remote with an OLED display for speed control. The standard battery provides a runtime of about one hour, while an optional long-range battery extends this to 2.5 hours. The board can reach a top speed of 30 mph (48 km/h).
