The field is set for the inaugural E1 race series, with the first race planned for February 2, 3 in Jeddah Saudi Arabia Beach (if you happen to be in the area, it appears passes to the event are free). Celebrities like Tom Brady and Rafael Nada (among other celebrities) are part of the 8 teams.

The E1 e-boat race series is the world's first electric raceboat championship sanctioned by the Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM), the global governing body of power boating.
