🌊 NAVIER BOATS
Navier’s N30 is a 30-foot carbon-fiber, all-electric hydrofoil that lifts clear of the water on retractable foils, slashing drag and noise. Twin 90 kW motors and an 85 or 114 kWh battery pack push the boat to 35 knots and deliver 45–75 nm of range at a 20-knot cruise. The ride is whisper-quiet and wave-free—Haute Living’s test crew could hold a normal conversation underway—and operating costs are claimed to be one-tenth those of a comparable gas boat. Designed by ex-NASA engineers, MIT roboticists and America’s Cup naval architect Paul Bieker, the N30 is pitched as America’s first production electric hydrofoiler and a stepping-stone toward a wider water-transport network. For water-skiers, it must be a smooth ride without the wake of a traditional hull.

🌊 ELECTRIC JET BACKPACK
The CudaJet, developed by UK-based ARCHON Industries, introduces a groundbreaking approach to underwater exploration as the world’s first underwater jetpack. This electric-powered device allows users to glide through water with precision and ease, offering a unique blend of adventure and accessibility. Designed for divers, thrill-seekers, and marine enthusiasts, the CudaJet enables maneuverability at depths unreachable by traditional swimming. Its compact, wearable design straps to the user’s back, freeing hands for tasks like underwater photography or navigation. The jetpack’s intuitive controls, operated via a handheld trigger, make it approachable for beginners while satisfying experienced divers.
The CudaJet’s electric propulsion system consists of dual thrusters, delivering a combined thrust of 60 kg (132 lbs). This power propels users to speeds of 3 meters per second (6.7 mph), fast enough for dynamic movement yet controllable for precise positioning. A 1.5 kWh lithium-ion battery provides up to 40 minutes of runtime, depending on usage intensity. Recharging takes 75 minutes with a standard 110V/240V charger, ensuring quick turnaround for multiple sessions. The jetpack operates at depths up to 40 meters (130 feet), suitable for recreational and technical diving. Its carbon fiber and aluminum construction balances durability with a lightweight 15 kg (33 lbs) frame, including the battery. An LED display on the controller shows battery life and depth, enhancing safety.
The CudaJet’s eco-friendly design produces zero emissions, minimizing impact on marine ecosystems. Its quiet operation reduces disturbance to aquatic life, unlike gas-powered alternatives. Users must follow local diving regulations and require basic scuba certification for safe operation.
Technical Specifications:
Length: 60 cm (23.6 inches)
