Vision Marine Technologies is planning a record breaking attempt (aka breaking their own record) on August 24, 25 at Lake of the Ozarks Shootout.

In August 2023, Vision Marine Technologies and Shaun Torrente Racing set a new world record by reaching 116 mph with their electric boat, showcasing their E-Motion™ technology. This achievement, made during the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout, highlights Vision Marine's innovation in electric marine performance. Key partners, Octillion Power Systems and Danfoss Editron, contributed to this success, emphasizing advancements in battery and electric motor systems. This milestone positions Vision Marine as a leader in the electric boating industry, pushing the boundaries of speed and sustainability.
